Alta Media, Alta Software, and Alta Robotics are proud to accompany Techfest Mekong and Techfest Southeast Region 2020. The event is part of a series of startup and innovation festivals organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with relevant agencies.
Techfest Mekong and Techfest Southeast Region 2020
On November 21 and 24, the Mekong Delta Innovation Startup Festival (Techfest Mekong 2020) and the Southeast Region Innovation Startup Festival (Techfest Southeast Region 2020) took place, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with provincial and municipal People's Committees.
The event featured various panel discussions, seminars, and exhibitions on digital transformation, smart cities, smart education, high-tech agriculture, medical technology, and pioneering technologies. It attracted startups from diverse fields, with a particular highlight on companies specializing in software technology, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.
The event served as an opportunity for Alta Media, Alta Software, and Alta Robotics (Alta Group) to showcase their outstanding technological achievements developed in-house to government agencies and partners. It was an ideal platform for Alta Group to demonstrate its expertise and the quality of its evolving technology ecosystem, which has been built over the years. Additionally, the event facilitated networking, collaboration, product promotion, and market expansion with regional partners.

Self-Diagnostic Vital POD Machine
The first automatic check-in and diagnosis machine in Vietnam. With functions including registration, measurement of weight, height, blood pressure, and body temperature, Vital POD can help reduce hospital staff shortages and shorten patient waiting times by 35%.
Assistant Robot
An assistant robot with facial recognition capabilities and integration with other systems (such as Vital POD). The robot can communicate through voice, move its arms, shake its head, and nod. It can be applied in airports, shopping malls, banks, and other public spaces.
Fire Fighting Robot
A multifunctional firefighting “warrior” robot. With the ability to navigate narrow terrains and slopes of up to 30 degrees, and withstand extreme temperatures up to 3000°C, this robot can penetrate deep into fire zones.
Equipped with advanced sensors and cameras, it can detect terrain and fire hotspots. The robot can spray water in a direct stream or disperse it as a fine mist, with a flow rate of 40 liters per second and a range of up to 60 meters. It is particularly effective in fire suppression and minimizing damage caused by fires.
Smart Robot – The Technology of the Future
Smart robots integrate multiple advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, data processing, virtual reality (VR), and simulation. These robots serve as core tools that significantly enhance manufacturing, business operations, and modern life.
In the future, Alta Group will continue to develop and manufacture intelligent robots, expanding their integration with cutting-edge technologies and applying them across various sectors. This initiative aims to contribute to the industrialization and modernization of the country.

On November 19, the Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park Training Center organized the “2nd Job Fair of 2020.” The event attracted a large number of businesses and job seekers in the city. The job fair served as an effective platform for connecting employers with candidates, addressing labor supply and demand issues. For Alta Media, this was an opportunity to find and recruit outstanding candidates suitable for the company’s current job openings.
