From July 9 to 11, iTECH EXPO 2025 officially took place at the SKY EXPO Vietnam Convention and Exhibition Center, featuring over 150 technology booths and attracting thousands of visitors. As one of the most prominent tech events of 2025, the expo brought together businesses, organizations, and experts in digital transformation, innovation, and future technologies. Under the theme “New Tech Empower iFuture”, iTECH EXPO 2025 served not only as a technology showcase but also as a dynamic bridge between cutting-edge solutions and real-world demands from businesses and communities.

As the official organizer and implementation partner, Alta Media was responsible for the comprehensive deployment of event infrastructure—including spatial design, construction, technical equipment supply, and on-site operations. From the early planning phase, the Alta Media team worked closely with the organizing committee to review every component, develop detailed technical plans, and ensure a safe, timely execution that met the highest quality standards.

In terms of visual technology and display systems, Alta Media deployed over 150 m² of LED screens across key areas such as the welcome gate, central stage, and exhibition booths. A wide range of LED types—from outdoor and indoor screens to LED standees, LED stair displays, and high-resolution TVs—were content-synced according to the event scenario and centrally controlled to ensure vivid, stable visuals delivered on schedule.

At the main stage—where the opening ceremony, expert panel discussions, and tech showcases were held—Alta Media installed a full central LED wall, side-stage screens, stair LEDs, and a backdrop screen. A synchronized audio-visual system enhanced the emotional resonance and ensured seamless transitions throughout the program. Two strategically placed TV monitors at the foot of the stage supported speakers in managing their presentation time efficiently.

A highlight of the opening ceremony was the Kinetic Ball system, designed and operated by Alta Media. Moving in sync with music, the system created a striking visual effect, perfectly aligned with the media content and soundtrack—demonstrating the application of kinetic technology in large-scale international events.

Beyond the stage infrastructure, Alta Media also directly designed and built several key event spaces. These included a LED welcome gate with both aesthetic and structural integrity, the Alta Software booth—a member of Alta Group—featuring a professional digital display system, as well as the VIP Lounge booth and photo booth check-in zone, both fully executed to deliver a cohesive and polished brand experience for attendees.

At the check-in area, Alta Media installed and operated four Access Control pillars with integrated QR code recognition, supported by over 10 POS devices to manage guest flow and registration efficiently. This system was connected to a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi network, ensuring stable signal transmission and minimal interference throughout the event.

In addition to technical deployment, Alta Media was also in charge of branding installations such as advertising banners across the venue’s exterior, hallways, and entrances—creating a consistent visual identity for iTECH EXPO 2025. Every detail, from design to execution, was handled with unified aesthetics and spatial coherence.

ALTA MEDIA JOINS GAMA MUSIC RACING FESTIVAL 2025 – CRAFTING A CUTTING-EDGE PERFORMANCE STAGE

The GAMA Music Racing Festival 2025 — a unique fusion of music and speed — took place on June 28 at the Saigon Riverside Park, featuring a spectacular scale and standout performances by top artists alongside immersive entertainment activities. What set the event apart was not only the striking 80-meter stage integrated with a Go-Kart racetrack but also the meticulously curated display system combining advanced visual effects, lighting, and performance technology. As the official provider of projection and display systems, Alta Media played a key role in shaping a high-tech performance space that enhanced both the artistic and technical aspects of the show.

At the event, Alta Media deployed over 400 square meters of P3 outdoor LED screens, enabling vibrant, high-resolution visual content across the expansive outdoor stage. These LED systems were strategically installed at key locations, ensuring clear display of imagery, background effects, and performance content—regardless of fluctuating lighting conditions throughout the show. The performances by MONO, Chi Pu, Kay Tran, Tang Duy Tan, DJ Mie, My My, as well as the dynamic parades, motorcycle stunts, and street fashion showcases were all visually amplified by Alta Media’s LED system.

In parallel, Alta Media also equipped the festival with six 40W laser devices, dedicated to segments requiring intense light-based interaction. The laser system was seamlessly integrated into high-energy acts, including fire-ring motorcycle stunts, steel-cage performances, and other immersive stage effects. When combined with smoke, CO2 jets, and LED lighting, the lasers created powerful visual highlights—adding spatial depth and enhancing the audience’s overall sensory experience.

All equipment deployed by Alta Media was fully optimized for outdoor performances, offering high brightness, waterproofing, and operational stability throughout extended use. The technical team handled every stage—from site survey and installation to fine-tuning, signal control, and real-time response—ensuring seamless synchronization with the show’s master production script.

Alta Media also provided technical support for innovative performance formats, including Pit Crew fashion showcases, Grid Girl segments, and hybrid acts blending high-speed motorcycle stunts with artistic performances. Integrating advanced display systems into such diverse formats required meticulous preparation and agile coordination—challenges the Alta Media technical team met with precision and on-schedule execution.

As one of the most structurally complex and creatively designed events of the year, GAMA Music Racing Festival 2025 demanded a display system capable of supporting multiple performance layers simultaneously. On the night of June 27, 2025, the city of Hue shimmered with lights as the new Miss Vietnam was crowned on one of the country’s most unique outdoor stages: a floating platform on the Perfume River. Held at the water stage near the Quoc Hoc Stele, the event stood as a cultural highlight and a testament to the seamless fusion of performance art and cutting-edge visual technology. Alta Media was proud to provide large-scale LED display systems, helping craft a breathtaking, professional, and emotionally resonant backdrop for the Miss Vietnam 2024 grand finale.

Alta Media deployed 712.5 m² of P3 Outdoor Mesh LED screens—specialized display technology engineered for large-scale outdoor events. Designed with high resolution and superior image clarity at any viewing distance, these mesh-based displays feature a ventilated structure ideal for challenging environmental conditions such as strong winds or sudden rain—an essential attribute for an open-air riverfront stage. With IP65 waterproof certification, the system ensured uninterrupted and stable operation throughout the event, regardless of weather conditions.

A standout aspect of this year’s setup was the integration of mesh LED panels into a multi-layered stage design. Concentric arch structures rose from the main platform like illuminated arcs, backed by seamless LED mesh surfaces that projected vivid visuals while preserving depth of field for live performances. This configuration not only created smooth, multidimensional motion effects but also enhanced the immersive quality of the show. As stage lighting merged with dynamic visuals and the graceful flow of traditional ao dai performances, the entire scene transformed into a poetic, living artwork.

One of the core technical challenges of a floating stage lies in structural stability amid humidity, wind exposure, and high aesthetic demands. Alta Media worked closely with the organizers to optimize the suspension system, manage load-bearing structures, and ensure flawless data synchronization across all visual content. The entire show was orchestrated through a smart LED control system, enabling real-time updates and seamless transitions tailored to each competition segment and emotional highlight.

ALTA MEDIA ELEVATES “K-STAR SPARK IN VIETNAM – MEGA CONCERT 2025” WITH IMMERSIVE LED DISPLAY AND BARCO CONTROL SYSTEM

On the night of June 21, 2025, My Dinh National Stadium ignited in a whirlwind of music and next-generation visuals as the “K-Star Spark in Vietnam – Mega Concert 2025” officially took center stage. With over 40,000 fans in attendance and a star-studded lineup including G-Dragon, CL, DPR IAN, TEMPEST, and tripleS, the event transcended the boundaries of a traditional concert—becoming a standout cultural and technological milestone of the year. As the official visual solution provider, Alta Media proudly delivered a comprehensive display system—from massive LED installations to an advanced image processing platform—crafting a stage that was not only dynamic but also infused with artistic and technological brilliance.

To meet the scale and demanding requirements of the mega concert, Alta Media deployed an expansive LED display system spanning nearly 1,500 square meters—one of the largest outdoor visual installations ever constructed at My Dinh Stadium. The setup featured 974 m² of Transparent LED P3.91–7.82, 398 m² of P3 outdoor LED, and 80 m² of P4 outdoor LED.

This diverse range of screen types was meticulously configured to meet varying needs in size, positioning, and lighting, while also enhancing spatial depth and delivering striking visual effects throughout the performances. Notably, despite prolonged heavy rain during the concert, the entire LED system operated flawlessly without interruption—demonstrating Alta Media’s exceptional equipment durability, weather resistance, and dependable waterproof performance in real-world outdoor conditions.

Beyond the massive LED hardware, Alta Media engineered a cutting-edge visual ecosystem by integrating the real-time graphics server Disguise GX 3, the Barco E2 Gen2 video processor, and the EC-210 controller. At the core, Disguise GX 3 served as the real-time content engine—responsible for rendering and processing interactive visuals, 3D mapping, XR elements, and advanced Notch layers. From the GX 3, visual signals were routed to the Barco E2 Gen2, where content was processed, layered, synchronized, and mapped precisely to each LED zone at the correct resolution. This setup enabled multiple content layers to display simultaneously with seamless transitions and zero latency, ensuring perfect synchronization between visuals and audio throughout every performance.

The EC-210 functioned as the central control interface, empowering Alta Media’s on-site technicians to make rapid layout changes, switch presets, and respond instantly to live cues or unexpected changes. With pre-programmable controls aligned with the stage timeline, the EC-210 allowed for proactive, accurate, real-time system operation—an essential capability for long-duration events involving tens of thousands of attendees and complex technical sequences like this mega concert.

The integration of diverse LED technologies with Disguise GX 3, Barco E2 Gen2, and the EC-210 controller created a comprehensive visual platform—covering every stage from content design and signal processing to final display output. This system enabled fluid delivery of dynamic lighting effects, real-time overlays, AR visuals, and motion-based mapping, making performances like G-Dragon’s rain-drenched set not only visually stunning but also deeply emotive. This is where Alta Media stands apart: technology is not just a tool—it becomes the catalyst that elevates live entertainment into artistic expression.

Alta Media’s commitment extended beyond the primary display system to include a meticulously designed on-site monitoring setup. At the FOH (Front of House) control desk, 14 twenty-four-inch monitors were installed to track input/output signals, content layers, and device connectivity across the entire system. Meanwhile, around the stage and backstage areas, 8 thirty-two-inch and 4 forty-nine-inch monitors were positioned to support directors, lighting and sound engineers, and performers—helping them follow cue progressions, visual effects, and transition points in real time. This seamless coordination between the monitoring infrastructure and the live display system ensured pinpoint accuracy for every sequence, eliminating discrepancies or delays at any stage of the production.
