The Hanoi Convention Signing Ceremony took place on October 25–26, 2025, at the National Convention Center, bringing together more than 2,500 delegates from 110 countries and 150 international organizations. In parallel, a 3 m² Indoor P3 LED screen was installed in the auxiliary area, dedicated to showing detailed information, charts, guidance, and supporting livestream needs throughout the event.
The presence of the LED display system not only enhanced the visual clarity of the event’s content but also elevated the overall attendee experience. In particular, the Transparent LED technology delivered a powerful visual highlight by balancing aesthetic appeal with functional effectiveness. All images and videos were displayed with high resolution, creating a vivid effect that made it easy for attendees to follow speeches, discussions, and important data presentations. The system’s operational stability was also a key factor ensuring the program proceeded smoothly without technical interruptions.
Throughout the event, welcome videos, illustrative animations, and specialized presentations were delivered seamlessly, contributing to greater communication efficiency. The combination of advanced display technology and sophisticated stage design created a cohesive visual experience, offering international delegates a complete and inspiring participation.
