For EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon in Ho Chi Minh City, the stage was not merely a performance space but a purposefully constructed visual environment. Within this framework, Alta Media was responsible for deploying the projection system, ensuring stable, synchronized, and program-aligned visual delivery. As a result, technology served not only as support but as a foundation connecting multiple content layers, maintaining a seamless experience throughout the show.
Held on April 25, 2026, at the outdoor SECC venue in Ho Chi Minh City, EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon marked EXO’s return to Vietnam after several years. The concert quickly became one of the most anticipated international music events, attracting massive attention from fans. With tens of thousands of attendees, tickets sold out rapidly, while the atmosphere built up hours before the show as thousands of EXO-L gathered, ready to immerse themselves in the music.
Beyond the artists, the concert was meticulously invested in stage design, sound, lighting, and especially a large-scale projection system. Each performance was crafted around distinct concepts, combining live performance, visual effects, and content to create a highly immersive environment. The synchronization between technical and artistic elements elevated the concert, making it not only musically impressive but also visually compelling—reinforcing EXO’s global appeal and Vietnam’s growing presence on the international concert map.

The stage space was illuminated by a large-scale LED system deployed by Alta Media, contributing to the vibrant energy of EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon in Vietnam.
Within this setup, Alta Media played a key role as the projection system integrator, helping to shape the visual experience for a large audience. The entire system was designed with synchronization between display and signal processing, ensuring that every performance was fully realized on stage.
The main display system featured P3 Outdoor LED screens with a total area exceeding 500 m². With high pixel density, the system delivered sharp image reproduction, ensuring clear visuals even from long distances. Its high brightness and stable outdoor performance maintained consistent display quality under varying lighting conditions. As a result, visuals remained both clear and stable throughout all performances.
In parallel, a Transparent LED system spanning over 400 m² was deployed to expand spatial expression on stage. With its transparent design, the system preserved lighting and background layers, creating greater visual depth and flexibility compared to traditional displays. This integration transformed the stage from a fixed surface into a multi-layered visual structure, where imagery, lighting, and motion blended naturally.
On the signal processing side, the system was configured to ensure precise operation aligned with the show’s script. Pixelhue P10 and P20 Presentation Switchers handled signal distribution between content sources, enabling seamless transitions across visual layers. This capability was particularly suited for high-tempo performances, where every visual change needed to occur with exact timing.
At the system level, the Barco E2 Event Master, combined with EC210 Controllers, managed large-scale signal distribution and synchronization. With multi-layer processing capabilities and high-resolution support, Barco E2 enabled complex display configurations tailored to the concert stage design. At the same time, synchronized signal output across multiple screens ensured unified system performance, minimizing display inconsistencies. The EC210 Controllers provided intuitive control, allowing technicians to manage operations efficiently throughout the show.
