From July 9 to 11, iTECH EXPO 2025 officially took place at the SKY EXPO Vietnam Convention and Exhibition Center, featuring over 150 technology booths and attracting thousands of visitors. As the official organizer and implementation partner, Alta Media was responsible for the comprehensive deployment of event infrastructure—including spatial design, construction, technical equipment supply, and on-site operations. In terms of visual technology and display systems, Alta Media deployed over 150 m² of LED screens across key areas such as the welcome gate, central stage, and exhibition booths. A wide range of LED types—from outdoor and indoor screens to LED standees, LED stair displays, and high-resolution TVs—were content-synced according to the event scenario and centrally controlled to ensure vivid, stable visuals delivered on schedule.
At the main stage—where the opening ceremony, expert panel discussions, and tech showcases were held—Alta Media installed a full central LED wall, side-stage screens, stair LEDs, and a backdrop screen. A synchronized audio-visual system enhanced the emotional resonance and ensured seamless transitions throughout the program. Two strategically placed TV monitors at the foot of the stage supported speakers in managing their presentation time efficiently.
A highlight of the opening ceremony was the Kinetic Ball system, designed and operated by Alta Media. Moving in sync with music, the system created a striking visual effect, perfectly aligned with the media content and soundtrack—demonstrating the application of kinetic technology in large-scale international events.
Beyond the stage infrastructure, Alta Media also directly designed and built several key event spaces. These included a LED welcome gate with both aesthetic and structural integrity, the Alta Software booth—a member of Alta Group—featuring a professional digital display system, as well as the VIP Lounge booth and photo booth check-in zone, both fully executed to deliver a cohesive and polished brand experience for attendees.
At the check-in area, Alta Media installed and operated four Access Control pillars with integrated QR code recognition, supported by over 10 POS devices to manage guest flow and registration efficiently. This system was connected to a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi network, ensuring stable signal transmission and minimal interference throughout the event.
In addition to technical deployment, Alta Media was also in charge of branding installations such as advertising banners across the venue’s exterior, hallways, and entrances—creating a consistent visual identity for iTECH EXPO 2025. With over 40,000 fans in attendance and a star-studded lineup including G-Dragon, CL, DPR IAN, TEMPEST, and tripleS, the event transcended the boundaries of a traditional concert—becoming a standout cultural and technological milestone of the year. Beyond the massive LED hardware, Alta Media engineered a cutting-edge visual ecosystem by integrating the real-time graphics server Disguise GX 3, the Barco E2 Gen2 video processor, and the EC-210 controller. At the core, Disguise GX 3 served as the real-time content engine—responsible for rendering and processing interactive visuals, 3D mapping, XR elements, and advanced Notch layers. From the GX 3, visual signals were routed to the Barco E2 Gen2, where content was processed, layered, synchronized, and mapped precisely to each LED zone at the correct resolution. This setup enabled multiple content layers to display simultaneously with seamless transitions and zero latency, ensuring perfect synchronization between visuals and audio throughout every performance.
The EC-210 functioned as the central control interface, empowering Alta Media’s on-site technicians to make rapid layout changes, switch presets, and respond instantly to live cues or unexpected changes. With pre-programmable controls aligned with the stage timeline, the EC-210 allowed for proactive, accurate, real-time system operation—an essential capability for long-duration events involving tens of thousands of attendees and complex technical sequences like this mega concert.
The integration of diverse LED technologies with Disguise GX 3, Barco E2 Gen2, and the EC-210 controller created a comprehensive visual platform—covering every stage from content design and signal processing to final display output. This system enabled fluid delivery of dynamic lighting effects, real-time overlays, AR visuals, and motion-based mapping, making performances like G-Dragon’s rain-drenched set not only visually stunning but also deeply emotive. Alta Media’s commitment extended beyond the primary display system to include a meticulously designed on-site monitoring setup. At the FOH (Front of House) control desk, 14 twenty-four-inch monitors were installed to track input/output signals, content layers, and device connectivity across the entire system. Meanwhile, around the stage and backstage areas, 8 thirty-two-inch and 4 forty-nine-inch monitors were positioned to support directors, lighting and sound engineers, and performers—helping them follow cue progressions, visual effects, and transition points in real time. Each outdoor screen was carefully positioned and configured to optimize audience engagement. A highlight of the deployment was the real-time photo interaction feature. Visitors could step into designated zones, pose for a picture, and instantly see their image projected on the giant LED screen in real time. This interactive element not only created distinctive and unforgettable moments for attendees but also encouraged participation and social sharing, turning every interaction into a viral opportunity that helped spread the event’s message and imagery to a much broader audience.

In addition to the P3 Outdoor LED system, Alta Media also supplied and installed a Transparent LED P3.91–7.82 system with an impressive total display area of 413.5 m². Notably, the central portion of the screen featured a uniquely curved 10 m² section, adding a dynamic visual highlight. Positioned at the main stage, the transparent LED display delivered a striking visual experience thanks to its light-permeable design. This transparency not only enhanced the visual richness and aesthetic appeal of the content displayed but also added spatial depth to the stage, elevating artistic performances and live shows to a whole new level of sophistication and impact.
