Alta Media proudly delivered remarkable experiences at the inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower
In recent years, Ho Chi Minh City has affirmed its position as a regional hub of finance, commerce, and creativity. Landmark projects have shaped the city’s modern skyline, reflecting its momentum toward international integration. Within this context, the inauguration of Saigon Marina IFC stood out not only for the scale of the project but also for its seamless integration of modern event technologies. Alta Media was proud to contribute state-of-the-art equipment and creative solutions, setting a professional and memorable stage for the occasion.
The inauguration of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower, held in August 2025, was one of the landmark events celebrating the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025). Beyond unveiling an architectural icon, the ceremony marked the beginning of Ho Chi Minh City’s journey toward establishing an International Financial Center—a strategic step in shaping a modern, globally integrated urban future.
The event was honored by the attendance of the Deputy Prime Minister, senior leaders from central and local ministries, financial institutions, investment organizations, and business communities from both Vietnam and abroad. The inauguration was meticulously organized on a grand scale, with particular emphasis placed on visual experiences and modern presentation technologies.
As the provider of advanced technological equipment, Alta Media helped create an engaging and emotionally resonant atmosphere by integrating high-tech display systems with creative content design and 3D Projection Mapping. Alta Media’s contribution not only elevated the overall event experience but also fully embodied the modern and dynamic spirit of the landmark from the very first moment of its unveiling.
The Saigon Marina IFC Tower—officially inaugurated at the event—is one of 80 national key projects. Rising 55 stories above ground with five basement levels and a total floor area of over 100,000 m², the tower has been designed to LEED Gold standards, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.
More than a Grade A office tower, the Saigon Marina IFC also integrates a retail center, dining spaces, convention and event facilities, along with a public square and a distinctive artistic LED façade. Thanks to its strategic location on the Saigon River, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the tower is poised to become a prime destination for the financial community, investors, and multinational corporations in the near future.
Alta Media’s presence at the tower’s inauguration enhanced the technological experience while showcasing the building as a symbol of modernity—from its architectural design to the event’s execution—aligning perfectly with Ho Chi Minh City’s vision of becoming a leading regional hub for finance and creativity.

The Dobot Atom captivated guests with its lifelike interaction.
Right at the reception area, technology made a strong first impression with the presence of the Dobot Atom—a next-generation humanoid robot positioned by Alta Media as a unique highlight. With 41 degrees of freedom, Dobot Atom demonstrated fluid movement across its head, torso, arms, and hands, accurately and naturally simulating human motion.
A standout feature of the robot is its Straight-Knee Walking mechanism, a biomechanical innovation that allows smooth, stable, and energy-efficient movement, surpassing that of conventional humanoid robots.
Equipped with computer vision integrated with AI, Dobot Atom can detect objects and people, responding to real-time scenarios. It performs precise actions such as grasping, adjusting positions, and coordinating both hands, enabling intuitive interaction without manual intervention.
More than a technological showcase at the reception, Dobot Atom reflected a forward-thinking approach to event organization—where technology not only supports operations but also creates interactive experiences that inspire curiosity and engagement from the very first moment of the event.

3D Projection Mapping technology transformed the venue into an immersive visual space.
Continuing the technological journey of the event, guests were led into an enclosed visual space where 3D Projection Mapping transformed the entire room into a dynamic canvas. With the strategic placement of five 9K projectors across the ceiling and surrounding walls, the surfaces “came alive” with continuous motion, simulating a ride on Metro Line No. 1—the symbolic urban railway of Ho Chi Minh City.
The visual sequence unfolded across time: from the historic Saigon port, to today’s modern riverside developments, and finally culminating in the image of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower—a true emblem of the city’s future. Thanks to precise image calibration on non-flat surfaces, the system created depth and fluidity, immersing guests as if they were on a real train traveling through time and space.
Unlike conventional projectors, the specialized devices used for Projection Mapping are optimized for accurate image rendering on complex 3D or irregular surfaces such as walls, structures, and models. Paired with mapping control software, content was seamlessly adjusted, warped, and aligned to match physical surfaces perfectly.
The result was a hyper-realistic visual journey, where light, imagery, and motion interacted directly with the surrounding architecture. More than just storytelling through visuals, it conveyed the event’s conceptual depth—bridging the city’s past, present, and future—while underscoring the stature of the Saigon Marina IFC Tower in Ho Chi Minh City’s development journey
Developed in the broader context of Ho Chi Minh City’s push for new urban spaces tied to financial integration and synchronized infrastructure, the Saigon Marina IFC Tower is part of a series of projects anchored along the Saigon River and key commercial–financial corridors.
Alta Media was proud to play a role in the tower’s inauguration, delivering modern technological solutions that elevated the experience and reinforced the tower’s image as a defining symbol of Ho Chi Minh City’s dynamism.
