These POS machines are capable of processing information within seconds and are directly integrated with the organizer’s data system to record attendance in real-time. A strategic highlight regarding the event’s sustainable development message came from the appearance of the Recycle Depot system designed and operated by Unigons. Located in the central area of the main lobby, the Recycle Depot machine attracted significant interest from attendees by allowing them to directly deposit used plastic bottles into the machine and receive gifts or accumulated points for redemption.

The machine is integrated with a touchscreen to display the number of bottles collected in real-time, providing transparency and strongly inspiring recycling behavior. More than just a waste processing device, Recycle Depot also serves as a powerful communication tool for environmental responsibility in the event organizing industry.

Besides the presentation infrastructure and operational support equipment, this year’s event also had its interactive experience enhanced thanks to the presence of two smart robots, Testu and Alice. These are AI assistants specifically designed for event environments, capable of automatically detecting people within close proximity and waving hello to attendees, creating a friendly technological touchpoint and attracting attention right from the reception hall.

The robots are equipped with LED screens on their chests to display area information (KV), program schedules, or sponsor brands depending on the time, while also being able to move flexibly within the event space to actively seek out and approach guests. The combination of gesture interaction, real-time data display, and navigation capability has turned Testu and Alice into modern technological highlights, contributing to enhanced personalization and communication effectiveness throughout the program.

Set within a luxurious and classy outdoor space, one significant contributor to the event’s success was the state-of-the-art projection solution—a P3 outdoor LED screen with an area of 255 square meters, directly implemented by Alta Media. Furthermore, a P8.3 transparent LED display, covering 77.76 square meters, was added. The P8.3 transparent LED also boasted high brightness (up to 6000 nits), performing reliably under direct sunlight — an ideal choice for long-lasting outdoor events.

Essential to the system were specialized outdoor LED displays used to display the main content on both sides of the stage. The P3 Outdoor LED display, covering 50 square meters, was installed at the center of the stage — where rituals, performances, and key showcases took place. With a 3mm pixel pitch, it delivered ultra-sharp images suitable for close-range viewing and high detail demands. The SMD1921 technology allowed it to function well under strong lighting while maintaining color accuracy and consistency throughout the event.

In parallel, Alta Media deployed the P4 Outdoor LED display with an area of 49.5 square meters.
