At MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025, the collaboration between Alta Media and Unigons provided the answer to that challenge: leveraging technology to enhance experiences, create impactful highlights, and strengthen brand presence in the eyes of attendees.
MMA Innovate has long been recognized as Vietnam’s premier event, bringing together marketers, brands, technology enterprises, and leading solution providers. With this year’s theme, “Shaping Growth Through Marketing Insight, Impact, and Innovation,” MMA once again reaffirmed its pioneering role in driving the dynamic growth of Vietnam’s MarTech ecosystem.
More than just a knowledge-sharing platform, MMA is also an occasion for brands to showcase their investment in technology, crafting memorable experiences for participants. Within this landscape, Alta Media contributed by delivering cutting-edge LED display solutions and interactive robotic technologies.

At MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025, Alta Media collaborated with Unigons to deploy the event’s technology infrastructure, creating a world-class conference environment that met diverse needs—from check-in and conferences to exhibitions across multiple booths.

Alta Media delivered an LED display system with a total size of up to 130m²
Right upon entering the main lobby, attendees were greeted by a P3 Indoor LED screen measuring 18m (L) x 2m (H) with a resolution of 4608 x 512 pixels. Acting as a massive visual “curtain,” it conveyed the event’s and brand’s messages with striking clarity and vibrancy. Thanks to its impressive scale and sharp long-distance visibility, the P3 LED became the very first visual highlight, leaving a powerful impression on participants.
In Samsung’s activation area, Alta Media further deployed a P3 Indoor LED screen sized 4.5m (L) x 2m (H), effectively supporting product showcases and demo experiences. With stable brightness and image quality, this LED display helped Samsung attract visitors and stand out from surrounding booths.
At the event’s main stage—the central spotlight of the program—Alta Media installed two P3 Indoor LED screens measuring 6m (L) x 3.5m (H) each. This dual-LED setup delivered crisp images, accurate colors, and high brightness, ensuring audiences from every corner of the venue could follow the content seamlessly. As a result, all keynotes, presentations, and video displays were conveyed with impact and professionalism.
Meanwhile, in the check-in area, Alta Media set up a P2.5 Indoor LED screen measuring 7.5m (L) x 2m (H). This screen clearly presented event information while enhancing professionalism and creating a modern impression from the very first steps of the attendee journey.
In parallel, inside the AI Training room, Alta Media equipped a P2.5 Indoor LED screen sized 3.5m (L) x 2m (H). This was an optimal solution for the training space, providing sharp content visibility at close range, visually supporting AI workshops and demos, and elevating the overall learning experience for participants.

The Insight Access Control system ensured a fast and seamless check-in process
With thousands of attendees filling the stands, managing entry and exit flows is always a major challenge at large-scale events like MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025. To address this, Alta Media deployed the Insight Access Control system—an advanced contactless monitoring solution.
At the event, four contactless check-in pillars were installed, each equipped with a high-speed QR code scanner to allow attendees to enter conveniently and minimize congestion. At the same time, the system ensured a high level of security by preventing counterfeit tickets and supporting organizers with accurate, professional data management.
Beyond LED technology and the check-in system, Alta Media also introduced intelligent robotic solutions to create fresh, modern experiences for MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025 participants.
At the forefront was Dobot Atom—a next-generation humanoid robot designed with 41 degrees of freedom, enabling flexible movements of the head, torso, arms, and hands. The robot was capable of performing a wide range of actions, from gripping, assembling, and repositioning objects to executing dual-arm movements with high precision.

What set Dobot Atom apart was its Straight-Knee Walking technique—closely resembling human movement. This allowed the robot to operate more smoothly, stably, and energy-efficiently compared to standard commercial robots.
In addition, its integrated computer vision and AI system enabled Dobot Atom to recognize objects and people, as well as respond to situations in real time. With these advanced capabilities, Dobot Atom was not just a display piece but a testament to Alta Media’s ability to merge robotics with event experiences.
Alta Media also introduced two intelligent interactive robots—Testu and Alice. Testu, a white robot with large round eyes and a built-in touchscreen, acted as a “messenger from the future,” impressing attendees with facial recognition, collision-avoidance sensors, and friendly interactions. Meanwhile, Alice, with its standout green design, HD touchscreen, and wide-angle camera, provided information while delivering a unique digital art experience that captivated participants.

The latest version of the Reverse Vending Machine was upgraded with a direct gift-redeem feature at the machine
As part of the event, Alta Media partnered with Unigons to showcase a booth at MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025. In the exhibition area, Unigons introduced the Reverse Vending Machine (RVM)—a modern technology solution developed under the GREEnfinity project, designed to automatically identify, sort, and collect used plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
Unlike earlier versions, Alta Media upgraded the system to RVM ver.3 with an integrated Greez point redemption feature directly at the machine. Participants simply deposited their used bottles or cans, and the system automatically added points. Once they reached a set threshold, they could instantly redeem vouchers or receive gifts on the spot. Notably, all gifts were recycled products, “reborn” from the very plastics collected, offering a more meaningful and relatable experience in environmental protection.
This solution not only sparked engagement through interactivity and instant rewards but also helped reduce plastic waste and encouraged the community to embrace recycling. By providing the technology infrastructure, Alta Media transformed the Unigons booth into a key highlight at MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025, attracting large crowds and delivering a powerful message about sustainable living.
In practice, the GREEnfinity project has already proven its impact, with dozens of RVMs deployed across major cities, collecting hundreds of thousands of bottles and cans. The debut of version 3 at MMA Innovate Vietnam 2025 not only brought a modern recycling experience but also reinforced the commitment of both Unigons and Alta Media to building a sustainable, plastic-free future.
With thousands of attendees and standout technology-driven activities, MMA Innovate 2025 reaffirmed its position as one of Vietnam’s most important marketing and MarTech events. Its success stemmed not only from the professional content but also from the impressive experiences where technology served as a bridge connecting brands more closely with their audiences.
