ALTA MEDIA AND THE “EM XINH SAY HI” CONCERT DELIVER AN EMOTIONAL JOURNEY AND A STRIKING VISUAL EXPERIENCE

Music does not only resonate through melody; it is elevated by light, imagery, and technology. In the modern era, every successful concert is the perfect synergy between artists and high-performance show solutions. At “Em Xinh Say Hi”—where tens of thousands of fans went all in—Alta Media proudly helped deliver an explosive visual experience with a high-quality, modern LED display system.

Alta Media provides an LED display system with an area of over 1,200m²

A successful concert lies not only in the music, but also in how technology turns each moment into an unforgettable memory. Em Xinh Say Hi achieved this by blending lighting, sound, and imagery into a vivid visual feast. Partnering with the event, Alta Media provided an advanced LED system that opened a dynamic space where artists and audiences became one.

Staged at the Van Phuc City urban area in Ho Chi Minh City, Em Xinh Say Hi impressed with a large-scale outdoor stage capable of accommodating tens of thousands. Every performance was meticulously crafted and combined with modern lighting and LED systems to deliver an impactful visual experience.

Advanced display technology — creating an immersive stage

Alta Media's LED display system contributes to enhancing the visual experience for the audience.

To build a spectacular visual feast, Alta Media deployed more than 1,200 m² of LED, combining Transparent LED with outdoor LED. Thanks to advanced display technology, every frame on stage became lively, crisp, and expansive enough to “wrap” the entire space, giving audiences the feeling of being immersed in each performance.

At Em Xinh Say Hi, the LED system engineered by Alta Media was designed with precision to transform the stage into a multi-layered performance canvas. A giant central screen served as the primary backdrop for vivid content, while symmetrical LED wings broadened the horizontal field to heighten scale. On the outer edges, auxiliary screens showed close-ups of the artists, ensuring audiences at every vantage point enjoyed a complete experience.

Transparent LED played a standout role by creating an “illusory” three-dimensional sense of space. With advantages in transparency, light weight, flexibility, and structural strength, this LED type allowed stage lighting, smoke effects, pyro, and choreography to blend seamlessly—adding depth and heightened realism to each act.

In parallel, the P3 outdoor LED screens delivered sharp image reproduction, high brightness, and weather resistance. Even in outdoor lighting conditions or at long viewing distances, visuals remained clear and vibrant, ensuring spectators anywhere in the venue could catch every detail on stage.

The combination of Transparent LED and P3 outdoor LED not only elevated aesthetics but also affirmed technology as the driver of a truly comprehensive visual experience. As a result, the concert became a world-class feast of light and music, leading audiences on an unforgettable emotional journey.

Beyond the large-format LED system, Alta Media also positioned confidence monitors at strategic points on stage. Compact and discreetly installed, these “silent assistants” helped artists follow lyrics, running order, and critical cues. With this support, performances flowed seamlessly, minimized errors, and gave artists absolute confidence on stage.

Barco E2 Event Master — professional image control

Thousands of audience members erupted with emotion at the "Em Xinh Say Hi" concert.

At Em Xinh Say Hi, the Barco E2 Event Master system operated by Alta Media served as the hub for image processing and switching. The system connected multiple signal sources simultaneously, handled layering and content synchronization, and kept every LED surface on stage running smoothly and stably.

With cue-based programming and recall, the Barco E2 Event Master ensured each performance was displayed precisely to plan. Visuals stayed sharp, cohesive, and perfectly aligned with music and lighting—contributing to a complete, professional audience experience.

Stage lift — powering climactic moments

Alta Media programmed the stage lift system at the "Em Xinh Say Hi" concert.

A special highlight at Em Xinh Say Hi was the use of a stage lift. Programmed by Alta Media’s technical team and synchronized to timecode and DMX, the lift operated with precision, enabling artists to appear or transform at peak moments to deliver surprise and drama.

Notably, in “I’ll Be There” and “Cứ Đổ Tại Cơn Mưa,” synchronized lift movements created striking entrances. The tight coordination among music, lighting, LED, and stage mechanics turned these numbers into signature highlights of the show. This is a clear demonstration of creative, flexible stage technology that unlocks powerful, emotion-driven experiences for audiences.

Em Xinh Say Hi was among the most anticipated music events of 2025, featuring more than 30 Em Xinh performers alongside acclaimed guest artists. More than a single night of entertainment, the concert offered a spectrum of emotions where music, choreography, fashion, and technology converged to create a lasting experience.

The event showcased the magnetic appeal of a thoughtfully produced show. It was not only a platform for artistic expression, but also a multisensory celebration where audiences could “live” inside an artistic space fused with modern technology.

Alta Media is proud to have partnered with the Em Xinh Say Hi concert to deliver a visually satisfying experience for audiences. Beyond marking a memorable night, it stands as proof of Alta Media’s ongoing effort to connect art with technology—elevating the emotional value of every event. Looking ahead, Alta Media will continue to innovate and collaborate across major productions, bringing audiences more inspiring and impactful visual journeys.
