The special artistic program “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party” was organized as part of activities celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. With a duration of approximately 100 minutes, the program was structured into three interconnected artistic chapters: “An Epic Under the Party’s Flag,” “With the Party, Complete Faith and Devotion,” and “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party.” Each chapter represented a historically rich perspective, seamlessly connected through a large-scale performance space, creating a distinctive impression for audiences while affirming the role of art and technology in conveying the era’s major political and spiritual values.

Within the framework of the special artistic program “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party,” held on the evening of January 23, 2026, Alta Media was honored to participate in operating the entire display system with a total area of up to 3,500 m², covering the central stage as well as outdoor public viewing spaces. The large deployment scale, spanning multiple locations, required a system with high stability, sharp image quality, and absolute synchronization across all display components.

At the main stage, Alta Media directly deployed and operated more than 1,100 m² of LED screens, including nearly 800 m² of Transparent LED and almost 400 m² of LED P3 Outdoor. Each type of equipment was carefully selected and configured to suit the specific characteristics of the space, forming a unified display system that was technologically advanced while remaining aesthetically solemn—fully aligned with the spirit of a major political and artistic event celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Transparent LED system, with a total area of 800 m², was one of the program’s most striking visual highlights. Thanks to its high transparency, the screen allowed natural light to pass through without disrupting the surrounding architectural space, while still delivering clear, vivid images. Its slim design and flexible structure enabled easy installation in outdoor settings, glass façades, or open spaces, creating multi-layered visual effects that enhanced spatial depth while preserving the program’s dignity and refinement.

In parallel, nearly 400 m² of LED P3 Outdoor screens operated by Alta Media handled the display of core content at public viewing points. With high resolution, strong brightness, and stable outdoor performance, the LED P3 Outdoor system ensured clear images even in complex lighting conditions, allowing the public to follow the program fully from a distance. The equipment’s durability and weather resistance were also key factors in ensuring the program ran continuously, safely, and effectively.

To accommodate a wide public audience watching the special artistic program “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party,” Alta Media also deployed LED P3 Outdoor systems at five outdoor viewing locations across Hanoi. Organizing multiple community display points not only expanded access to the artistic experience, but also helped spread the program’s spirit more broadly, turning the heroic atmosphere celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party into a shared public festival.

This served as the program’s visual coordination center, ensuring unified, accurate, and stable operation across thousands of square meters of LED screens simultaneously.

Barco E2 Event Master is a high-end, multi-layer image-processing system specifically designed for large-scale events and live television productions with stringent requirements. With the ability to process up to 4K60 canvases, integrate multiple signal sources simultaneously, and display across systems with total resolutions reaching tens of millions of pixels, Barco E2 ensured consistently sharp, smooth images with no latency. Its advanced multi-layer, multi-screen processing capability enabled flexible compositing, cropping, and transitions, allowing artistic scenes to be displayed seamlessly in sync with the program’s emotional rhythm.

Complementing the E2 system was the Barco EC-210 Event Controller—a premium event control console optimized for high-pressure operational environments. Dual Full HD multi-touch screens allowed technical teams to visually manage the entire display layout and execute scene transitions, presets, layers, and macros quickly and accurately. The integrated programmable keypad with LCD displays empowered technicians to proactively handle real-time contingencies, ensuring smooth program execution throughout the broadcast.

The combination of Barco E2 Event Master and Barco EC-210 Event Controller delivered outstanding advantages in stability, precision, and absolute image control—critical factors for a national-scale political and artistic program such as “Under the Glorious Flag of the Party.” Thanks to this image-processing system, all displayed content—from the central stage to outdoor LED points—was perfectly synchronized, ensuring that every frame was not only technically refined, but also fully conveyed the program’s solemn, heroic spirit and profound political significance in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
