At the Steps of Happiness zone, synchronized lighting and sound systems establish the opening layer of the journey. Dynamic lighting combined with directional audio creates a vivid atmosphere, guiding visitors from their very first steps. This synchronization not only sets the mood but also acts as a transition layer, shifting visitors from passive observation into an immersive state.
In A Day Full of Happiness, Alta Media integrates multiple layers of technology to expand the experience into a fully multisensory environment. A scent system featuring 15 diffusion devices is programmed to distribute fragrances based on content scenarios, creating a connection between visuals and emotion.
At the same time, a system of four projectors—three wall-mounted and one table projector—extends content across multiple surfaces, allowing visuals to flow throughout the space rather than remain confined to a single frame.
A key highlight in this area is the combination of Projection Mapping and the Leap Motion Controller 2 interactive system. The device accurately detects hand movements, particularly the action of flipping pages on a display pedestal. When users interact, the content transitions from physical interaction to mapped visuals projected onto surrounding surfaces, creating a direct link between user behavior and digital content.
This technology elevates the experience from “viewing” to “interaction,” allowing visitors to actively explore the space. Additionally, a pattern recognition system serves as another trigger point, further expanding interaction possibilities and layering the experience within the same environment.
At Own Your Happiness, Alta Media deploys a scale model integrated with Projection Mapping and a projector system to create a dynamic visual layer on the model surface. With high-precision projection, the model transforms from a static display into a vivid environment that clearly illustrates planning, amenities, and project development.
A lifting platform system is also integrated, enabling the model to move according to programmed scenarios. This motion, combined with projection visuals, gradually reveals content, enhancing visual engagement while helping visitors absorb information more intuitively and form a clearer overall understanding of the project.
