In April 2026, the launch event for the Vinhomes Hai Van Bay project was held simultaneously across three locations: the Vietnam Exhibition Center (Hanoi), Bien Dong Park (Da Nang), and VinWonders Grand Park (Ho Chi Minh City), attracting nearly 6,000 sales professionals and invited guests. Given the large scale and synchronized nature of multiple venues, the event required a display system capable of delivering stable, clear visuals while adapting to outdoor environmental conditions. Within the overall program, visual elements played a central role in connecting content and sustaining an energetic atmosphere throughout the event.

Supporting the program, Alta Media deployed a P3 Outdoor LED display system with a total area of 110 m². This display type is specifically designed for outdoor environments, meeting the requirements for high brightness and clear visibility under strong ambient light. The selection of P3 Outdoor LED reflects a focus on optimizing the visual experience for audiences in large, high-density spaces.

With its suitable technical specifications, the LED system ensured consistently sharp and uniform content display, allowing key information, project visuals, and graphic effects to be clearly conveyed to attendees across different viewing positions. In addition, its water- and dust-resistant capabilities enabled stable operation throughout the event, minimizing the impact of environmental factors.

Beyond its display function, the LED system served as the visual foundation for the entire stage environment. The displayed content was integrated with the lighting system to create synchronized effects, enhancing the overall appeal of the program. As a result, the audience experience was elevated, while on-stage activities became more prominent and engaging.
