ALTA MEDIA DEPLOYS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS FOR CREATIVE EXPERIENCES AT MMA CREATIVE SUMMIT 2026

MMA Creative Summit 2026 was not only a gathering place for leading creative minds, but also a space where technology helped shape the overall experience. At the event, Alta Media applied modern technology systems, contributing to a seamless experience journey for attendees.

Alta Media applied modern technology to help create engaging creative experiences at MMA Creative Summit 2026

As the marketing industry shifts from a focus on ideas to measuring real-world effectiveness, industry events are increasingly being organized around expanded experiences, where content and technology work together to create holistic value. MMA Creative Summit 2026 reflected this trend, going beyond sharing sessions to build a multidimensional interactive space for attendees. As part of that journey, Alta Media participated by deploying technology solutions that helped complete the end-to-end experience and ensured seamless connections across every touchpoint of the event.

MMA Creative Summit 2026 was an industry event organized by MMA Global in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together senior leaders in marketing, communications, and creativity. The program was designed as a strategic exchange forum, where brands, agencies, and experts shared perspectives on the role of creativity in driving business growth.

Unlike traditional conferences, MMA Creative Summit 2026 focused on practical application, with content centered on topics such as creative effectiveness, the attention economy, and how ideas are executed to generate tangible impact. Through keynote sessions, in-depth discussions, and case study sharing, the program offered a comprehensive view of how creativity is being redefined in a constantly changing market.

Beyond professional content, the event was also designed as an experiential space where attendees could directly interact with technology solutions and brand showcases. The combination of content and experience helped make MMA Creative Summit 2026 not only a place to update industry trends, but also a connection point between ideas, technology, and practical implementation in the industry.

The Insight Access Control system made the check-in process faster and more convenient

Within the framework of MMA Creative Summit 2026, Alta Media collaborated with Unigons, the program’s supporting partner, to deploy the display system and interactive technology solutions, helping ensure continuity from the reception area to the main event space. The synchronized integration of equipment helped optimize operations and enhance the experience quality for attendees.

At the event, Alta Media deployed the P1.9 Indoor LED Display system, using high-resolution display technology to deliver sharp and stable image quality in an indoor environment. With its small pixel pitch, the system reproduced detailed content even at close viewing distances while ensuring image uniformity across the entire space. At an event with a high density of presentation content such as MMA Creative Summit, maintaining stable display quality played an important role in sustaining audience attention and improving information reception.

In addition to the display system, the reception and access control process at MMA Creative Summit 2026 was optimized through two technology systems: Insight Access Control and Check-in POS. Each solution served a distinct function while being synchronously integrated into the overall check-in journey.

Insight Access Control served as the access control system, with multi-method identity verification capabilities. The device supported QR code scanning, facial recognition, and mobile device authentication, with facial recognition significantly shortening check-in time, especially during peak hours. The use of this technology not only improved verification accuracy but also helped reduce congestion, creating a faster and more convenient access experience for attendees. At the same time, the system helped control access rights by area, ensuring security and proper visitor flow within the event space.

Meanwhile, Check-in POS supported operations at the reception point, helping process registration information and record attendance data in a clear and flexible manner. The device allowed users to easily operate the system, verify guest information, and handle arising situations such as manual check-in or on-site data updates. Deploying two check-in pillars together with two POS machines increased processing capacity at the entrance, minimized waiting time, and ensured a continuous flow of attendees.

The combination of Insight Access Control and Check-in POS created a synchronized operational system, in which facial recognition technology played an important role in improving check-in speed and experience, especially for large-scale events requiring strict access control such as MMA Creative Summit 2026.

Dobot Atom stood out with its humanoid design, attracting the attention of attendees at MMA Creative Summit 2026

One of the key experiential highlights at the event was the presence of interactive robots, including Robot Alice, Robot Testu, and Dobot Atom. These were not merely technology demonstration devices, but also direct interaction touchpoints for attendees.

Robot Alice was designed as an intelligent promotional robot, capable of displaying visual content on a touchscreen and interacting with users through a wide-angle camera. The combination of flexible movement and smooth presentation capabilities made Robot Alice an engaging highlight within the event space while supporting more dynamic information delivery.

Meanwhile, Robot Testu served as an interactive assistant, equipped with advanced sensor and recognition systems that enabled natural communication with users. With behavior recognition and navigation capabilities within the space, Robot Testu helped enhance the personalized experience, allowing attendees to access information more visually and conveniently.

In particular, the appearance of Dobot Atom, a humanoid robot, offered a new perspective on the application of technology in events. With flexible movement and high precision, Dobot Atom not only demonstrated the potential of robotics in automation but also created an impressive visual highlight that attracted attendees’ interest.

The combination of the display system, access control solutions, and interactive robot devices reflected an increasingly clear trend in applying technology to creative events. Events are no longer one-way information delivery platforms, but multidimensional experience spaces where technology helps connect content, space, and people in a seamless way.

MMA Creative Summit 2026 clearly demonstrated how creativity and technology are becoming increasingly interconnected. As brands compete not only through ideas but also through the experiences they deliver to users, investing in technology infrastructure has become an essential factor. From display systems and operational processes to interactive touchpoints, every element helped shape how attendees perceived and remembered the event.

Through the event, Alta Media continued to affirm its role as a provider of event technology solutions, with a focus on stability, efficiency, and integration capability. As the events and communications industry continues to evolve, combining creativity and technology is no longer just a trend; it has become a new standard in experience design.

MMA Creative Summit 2026 concluded not only with professional content, but also with practical experiences created through the coordination of multiple elements. In that journey, technology served as a sustainable foundation, enabling creative ideas to be expressed more clearly and effectively while opening new approaches to connecting brands with attendees.
