ALTA MEDIA ACCOMPANIES iTECH EXPO 2025 AS THE ORGANIZER AND IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER PART 1

From July 9 to 11, iTECH EXPO 2025 took place at SKY EXPO Vietnam Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together hundreds of domestic and international tech companies. Under the theme “New Tech Empower iFuture,” the event aimed to connect cutting-edge technology solutions with the real-world needs of businesses, while also creating a space for exchange and learning among organizations, experts, and the innovation community.

Alta Media accompanied the Organizing Committee as the official organizer and implementation partner, contributing comprehensive coordination throughout the event’s preparation and execution. From spatial layout design and technical infrastructure deployment to construction supervision and on-site operations, Alta Media worked closely with specialized partners to ensure that every element was delivered on schedule, synchronized, and safe.

With extensive experience in display technology and event organization, Alta Media focused its support on projection systems, audio-visual setup, stage engineering, visual content coordination, network connectivity, and the development of interactive experience zones. During the event, Alta Media’s technical team remained on-site to promptly handle any arising issues, ensuring the event proceeded smoothly and according to plan.

Given the large scale of the event, the tight construction timeline, and high technical demands, every stage required close coordination, proactive planning, and adaptability from all parties involved. As the organizer and implementation partner, Alta Media not only took direct responsibility for a major portion of the technical infrastructure, but also collaborated with construction teams and partner units to align operational procedures—ensuring seamless integration across all event components, from front-of-house to backstage, from start to finish.

Despite the unique pressure each task presented, Alta Media remained focused and meticulous in every detail—from visual displays to network connectivity, from spatial structures to support equipment. We believe that at a tech-focused event, the experience extends beyond what appears on stage. The way an event is organized and operated behind the scenes is also a vital part of the overall impact.

iTECH EXPO 2025 wrapped up after three days of vibrant, professional, and inspiring activities.
