The Hanoi Convention Signing Ceremony took place on October 25–26, 2025, at the National Convention Center, bringing together more than 2,500 delegates from 110 countries and 150 international organizations. The event served as a key forum for discussing global cooperation solutions in cybersecurity while reflecting the growing challenges in the digital space. To support effective content delivery, Alta Media deployed an LED display system with two main configurations. The most prominent was a Transparent LED screen measuring up to 108 m², positioned at the central stage area. It created an open-space effect thanks to its ability to harmoniously integrate with lighting and the background environment. The Transparent LED screen offered a dynamic, modern look with its characteristic transparency, making displayed content stand out while adding depth to the entire stage. In parallel, a 3 m² Indoor P3 LED screen was installed in the auxiliary area, dedicated to showing detailed information, charts, guidance, and supporting livestream needs throughout the event.

Throughout the event, welcome videos, illustrative animations, and specialized presentations were delivered seamlessly, contributing to greater communication efficiency. The combination of advanced display technology and sophisticated stage design created a cohesive visual experience, offering international delegates a complete and inspiring participation. Numerous positive responses from attendees praised the professionalism and high-quality execution of Alta Media’s solutions.
