At iTECH EXPO 2026, Alta Media deployed integrated display and smart event management solutions, helping optimize event operations, enhance the attendee experience, and create a modern, professional technology exhibition environment.

Held from September 30 to October 2, 2026, at Queen Plaza Ky Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, iTECH EXPO 2026 continued to strengthen its role as a meeting point for the technology community, businesses, experts, and organizations from Vietnam and around the world. Under the theme “New Tech – Innovation Unleashed,” the event created a dynamic environment for networking, introducing new products and solutions, exchanging insights into emerging technology trends, and exploring their practical applications.

Beyond technology exhibitions, iTECH EXPO 2026 featured a series of specialized conferences, panel discussions, and networking activities, enabling businesses to connect with partners, experts to exchange perspectives, and technology solutions to reach markets with practical application needs. According to figures updated as of the morning of October 2, 2026, iTECH EXPO 2026 welcomed more than 200 organizations and enterprises, showcasing over 1,000 products and solutions, alongside more than 20 conferences, panel discussions, and networking activities. The event also brought together over 100 experts and speakers, with participation from more than 20 countries and territories, and recorded over 10,350 visits across the three days.

LED Display Systems Enhance the Visual Experience at iTECH EXPO 2026

One of Alta Media’s key deployments at iTECH EXPO 2026 was an LED display system covering nearly 170m², comprising P1.9 LED Displays and P3 Outdoor LED Displays. Installed across multiple locations, the system supported visual content presentation throughout the event, from outdoor areas to stages, conference rooms, and exhibition activities.

With a pixel pitch of just 1.9 mm, the P1.9 LED Display delivers sharp, detailed images and consistent color reproduction, making it suitable for areas requiring high-quality visuals, such as stages, conferences, and indoor event spaces. The fine pixel pitch ensures content remains clear even at close viewing distances, particularly for presentations featuring detailed information, images, and videos.

In addition, a high refresh rate of 3,840 Hz enables smooth motion display while minimizing flickering during filming, photography, and livestreaming. High brightness and stable color reproduction also help maintain clear visuals in environments with multiple light sources.

For outdoor areas, Alta Media deployed P3 Outdoor LED Displays to present promotional content and event information. Designed with high brightness, dust and water resistance, and reliable outdoor performance, these displays help maintain content visibility even under natural lighting and changing weather conditions.

The combination of P1.9 LED Displays and P3 Outdoor LED Displays not only met the presentation requirements of different event areas but also created a consistent visual display system throughout iTECH EXPO 2026. This integration enabled event content to be communicated more effectively while contributing to a modern, professional, and engaging exhibition environment.

Optimizing Check-in Procedures and Enhancing the Attendee Experience

With more than 10,000 visits and multiple event areas operating simultaneously, guest reception and access management were important factors directly influencing the attendee experience at iTECH EXPO 2026. To optimize this process, Alta Media deployed both the Check-in POS system and Insight Access Control, creating a faster, more convenient, and integrated process from information verification to access management.

At the reception area, pre-registered attendees could use their QR codes to verify their information and complete check-in within a short time. Digitizing the process helped minimize manual procedures, reduce waiting times, and accommodate large numbers of visitors during peak hours. Check-in information was also stored and managed centrally, enabling the Organizing Committee to monitor attendee data and generate necessary reports more efficiently.

Following check-in, Insight Access Control supported entry and exit management across different event areas. The system can integrate multiple authentication methods, including RFID, QR codes, facial recognition, fingerprints, passwords, and mobile applications, providing flexibility in assigning access permissions to different attendee groups and event zones.

Beyond authentication, the Access Control system also supports real-time access logging, entry and exit time tracking, and access history management. These capabilities enable operators to manage visitor flows more proactively, reduce reliance on manual verification, and improve management efficiency throughout the event.

By combining Check-in POS with Insight Access Control, Alta Media helped establish a more seamless reception process, from attendee arrival and information verification to movement between event areas. Beyond optimizing operations, the integrated system provided a faster, more convenient, and more professional experience for attendees at iTECH EXPO 2026.

Interactive Technology Experiences – Creating Memorable Moments for Visitors

In addition to operational solutions, Alta Media introduced the Dobot Atom humanoid robot at the photobooth, creating a distinctive technology highlight and encouraging visitor interaction at iTECH EXPO 2026. As part of the reception experience, Dobot Atom brought greater energy to the photobooth while making intelligent robotics more accessible through direct interactions with attendees.

Featuring 28 degrees of freedom, Dobot Atom offers flexible mobility with smooth, stable movements. Its precision of ±0.05 mm supports reliable operation in crowded environments. Additionally, Straight-Knee Walking technology optimizes energy efficiency, reducing consumption by up to 42% compared with conventional walking mechanisms. This allows the robot to operate reliably for extended periods, making it suitable for events and exhibitions requiring continuous operation.

Alongside Dobot Atom, Alta Media integrated an interactive electronic signature experience into the photobooth. Visitors could sign their names directly on a tablet, with their signatures immediately displayed on the LED screen at the photobooth. Rather than offering a conventional check-in activity, the experience introduced an element of personalization, allowing attendees to leave their own mark and see their signatures appear within the event’s visual environment.

The combination of a humanoid robot, interactive devices, and LED displays transformed the photobooth into an engaging technology experience at iTECH EXPO 2026. Through this approach, Alta Media not only incorporated technology into event operations but also used it as a means of connecting with visitors, generating excitement, and encouraging greater interaction with the event environment.
