In modern live performances, visual display technology is no longer merely supportive—it plays a central role in shaping the stage environment and guiding audience emotions. Especially for large-scale concerts with continuous performance flow like Anh Trai Say Hi – Day 9, the display system must simultaneously meet demanding requirements for image quality, operational stability, and flexibility across different acts.

With extensive experience in deploying visual systems for large-scale events, Alta Media participated in the project by consulting, installing, and operating LED display systems alongside advanced image processing equipment. By developing a configuration tailored to the stage design and program dynamics, Alta Media ensured that all visual content was delivered synchronously, accurately, and seamlessly throughout the concert.

Held at Van Phuc City Urban Area in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, the concert attracted tens of thousands of attendees. As part of the successful Anh Trai Say Hi concert series, the event not only drew strong attention from fans but also generated significant momentum in the entertainment market, with increasingly elevated production scale.

Spanning several hours and featuring a lineup of prominent artists, the concert was designed as a continuous sequence of performances, constantly evolving in music, staging style, and visual concept. From energetic acts to emotionally driven moments, the program maintained a high pace while fostering direct engagement with the audience.

A key highlight of Anh Trai Say Hi – Day 9 lies not only in its lineup or performance content, but in its investment in the overall experience. The stage was designed with spatial expansion in mind, integrating multiple layers of visual, lighting, and motion effects to create an immersive performance environment. Within this setup, visual display technology played a crucial role in conveying content, supporting artistic expression, and shaping the emotional tone of each act.

To meet these demands, Alta Media deployed a multi-layered LED display system combined with advanced visual technology solutions. The configuration was tailored to the stage layout, audience density, and specific performance requirements, ensuring that all content was delivered with clarity, consistency, and precision throughout the event.

Built on the concert’s multi-layer stage design, Alta Media implemented a hybrid LED system combining Transparent LED and P3 Outdoor LED Display, creating a flexible and depth-rich visual environment.

The Transparent LED system, with a total area exceeding 700m², functioned as a distinctive display layer, enabling seamless integration between visual content and stage lighting effects. Its high transparency preserves spatial openness while enhancing depth and layering, allowing the stage to adapt dynamically to different performance concepts without being constrained by fixed display structures. This solution is particularly effective for concepts that blend digital visuals with real lighting, enhancing both aesthetics and spatial depth.

In parallel, the P3 Outdoor LED Display system, covering more than 500m², delivered stable, high-resolution visuals with sharp image reproduction. Its fine pixel pitch ensures clarity even at close viewing distances, while maintaining high brightness suitable for outdoor conditions. Its durability and stable performance under continuous operation make it an ideal choice for large-scale events.

Beyond the display system, Alta Media deployed specialized image processing equipment to ensure synchronized and precise operation. The Seamless Switchers P20 and P10 enabled smooth, uninterrupted transitions between multiple input sources. In a concert environment with diverse content feeds such as media servers, live cameras, and video playback systems, seamless switching is essential to maintaining visual continuity without signal disruption.

At an advanced processing level, the Barco E2 Event Master provided high-precision content management across multiple screens. The system supports multi-source processing at high resolutions, enabling flexible layering, screen stitching, and expansion of the visual canvas. Its powerful performance and stability effectively handled complex program requirements, particularly when managing multiple content streams simultaneously.

Supporting the operation workflow, the Barco EC-210 Event Controller delivered intuitive and precise control. The device allows pre-programmed display scenarios, enabling fast and synchronized transitions aligned with the show timeline. With a user-friendly interface and flexible control capabilities, it helps the technical team optimize operations in a fast-paced concert environment.

Anh Trai Say Hi – Day 9 concluded with strong audience reception, marking a successful event both in performance quality and overall experience. The seamless integration of music, stage design, and technology created a cohesive environment where emotions were consistently guided and fully connected with the audience.

As part of this success, Alta Media is proud to contribute as the visual technology provider, ensuring stable display performance and supporting the production team in bringing the stage vision to life. The system’s seamless operation throughout the program played a vital role in maintaining the concert’s rhythm and audience experience.

The Anh Trai Say Hi – Day 9 project marks another milestone for Alta Media, reinforcing its capability in delivering visual display systems for large-scale productions—where technology goes beyond presentation to become a medium that connects content and emotion on stage.
