The Barco Encore3 Workshop, organized by Alta Media, officially concluded after two days at the company’s headquarters, bringing together engineers, AV operators, technical managers, and professionals from across the Pro AV industry. The workshop was designed to create a platform for professional networking, technical knowledge sharing, and hands-on experience with advanced image processing technologies widely used in live events, conferences, and professional display systems.

Throughout the program, Alta Media’s technical team introduced the Barco Encore3 image processing platform and highlighted its key capabilities, including 4K real-time processing, multi-source signal management, multi-layer composition, system scalability, and efficient operation for large-scale productions. In addition to the technical presentations, participants explored practical applications of these technologies and gained a deeper understanding of how image processing systems contribute to delivering stable and high-quality visual experiences.

A key highlight of the workshop was the hands-on training session, where participants had the opportunity to configure the system, switch signal sources, build display layouts, and become familiar with the operational workflow of Barco Encore3 under the guidance of Alta Media’s technical specialists. Working directly with the equipment allowed attendees to gain practical experience that can be applied to conferences, exhibitions, live productions, and other professional AV projects.

Beyond the technical sessions, the workshop also served as a networking platform for the Pro AV community. Participants exchanged implementation experiences, discussed real-world case studies, and shared practical insights into system operation and on-site troubleshooting.
