Stage LED System at NeKo Le Fan Meeting – Enhancing Visual Experience for Artist–Audience Engagement
The fan meeting of artist NeKo Le, held on March 7, 2026, at C30 Hoa Binh Theater in Ho Chi Minh City, was one of the standout engagement events, attracting a large number of fans. With its considerable scale and a variety of performances and interactive activities, the program was designed as a space for direct connection between the artist and the audience, where visual elements played a crucial role in conveying emotions and elevating the overall experience.

Accompanying the event, Alta Media deployed a stage LED system with a total area of nearly 70m², including M2 mesh LED and P3.03 LED displays. This configuration was carefully selected to suit the nature of a fan meeting—balancing the need for an open, immersive stage environment while maintaining high display clarity for performance content and live interactions.
The M2 mesh LED was utilized to create depth and visual openness for the stage. With its transparent structure that allows light to pass through, this type of display prevents the stage from feeling enclosed, while enabling more flexible lighting effects and stage composition. This approach was particularly well-suited for engagement-focused events, where a sense of intimacy and connection between the artist and the audience is essential.

Meanwhile, the P3.03 LED served as the main display, meeting high requirements for sharpness and image detail. Content such as artist visuals, video playback, and live performance moments were presented clearly, allowing audiences to follow the program easily even from a distance. The combination of these two LED types formed a multi-layered display system, where each component fulfilled a distinct role while collectively optimizing the visual experience.
Overall, the LED system not only ensured effective content presentation but also contributed to shaping the stage environment. Vivid visuals, consistent color output, and stable operation enabled the program to run seamlessly, supporting both performances and interactive segments. At the same time, the thoughtful integration of different display types enhanced the stage’s aesthetic, creating a modern setup aligned with the spirit of the event.
Beyond visual performance, operational stability was a key factor contributing to the event’s success. The system was deployed and managed by Alta Media’s technical team, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted content delivery throughout the program. This minimized disruptions and maintained a smooth experience for both the artist and the audience.
Through the implementation of a well-suited LED system, Alta Media contributed to elevating the performance space at the NeKo Le fan meeting. The solution not only met technical requirements but also effectively supported content delivery and emotional engagement, resulting in a polished and immersive event experience. This further highlights the growing importance of display technology in modern fan engagement and live performance events.
